1. Overview
FirePhage provides managed edge protection, firewall controls, traffic visibility, onboarding assistance, and related website security services. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account, the people you invite into your organization, and the websites or domains you connect to FirePhage. You must provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it current.
3. Services
FirePhage is designed to help protect websites and improve visibility into traffic, availability, and WordPress-related security signals. The service may include onboarding assistance, DNS guidance, malware-related reporting, firewall telemetry, and billing-based feature access.
Some features are only available on paid plans or only when a site is actively covered by a valid subscription.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe unless FirePhage agrees to custom invoicing or manual sales terms. Pricing, included website counts, request allowances, and overage billing may vary by plan.
If a subscription becomes unpaid, past due, cancelled, or otherwise inactive, FirePhage may limit access to paid features, provisioning actions, or protection changes until billing is restored.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use FirePhage to break the law, interfere with networks or services, attack others, evade abuse controls, distribute malware, or protect infrastructure that FirePhage determines is abusive, deceptive, or unsafe.
FirePhage may suspend or terminate accounts or websites that create risk for the platform, other customers, upstream providers, or the public internet.
6. Customer content and traffic data
You keep ownership of your content and website data. You authorize FirePhage to process traffic, logs, configuration details, and website security signals as necessary to operate the service, troubleshoot issues, provide support, and improve the platform.
7. No absolute guarantee
FirePhage is built to reduce risk and improve protection, but no security service can guarantee that every attack, outage, malware event, or configuration issue will be prevented. You remain responsible for backups, origin security, WordPress hygiene, and your own operational decisions.
8. Service changes
FirePhage may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue parts of the service over time. If a material change affects active customers in a meaningful way, FirePhage will make a reasonable effort to communicate it in advance.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. FirePhage may suspend or terminate access for billing failures, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FirePhage is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or perfect security outcomes. FirePhage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or downtime-related losses.
